Who we are
ReviewBeam is a customer feedback platform operated by Robson Digital LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. Local service businesses use ReviewBeam to ask their own customers for feedback after a visit.
What we collect
When a business you visited uses ReviewBeam, the business provides us your name and your phone number and/or email address, which you gave directly to that business. We also record whether you opened a feedback link, and any feedback you choose to submit.
Text messaging
With your consent, given verbally to the business at the point of service, you may receive a text message inviting you to share feedback after a visit. Message frequency is low: typically one message per completed visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opt-outs are honored immediately and automatically.
We do not share your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the feedback messages described above on behalf of the business you visited. We never sell, rent, purchase, or trade phone numbers.
How your feedback is used
Feedback you submit is delivered privately to the owner of the business you visited. If you choose to leave a public review, that review is submitted by you directly on Google and is governed by Google's terms, not ours.
Data retention and deletion
Contact and feedback data is retained while the business maintains an active ReviewBeam account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
