The service
ReviewBeam lets local service businesses ask their own customers for feedback after a visit, by text message or email, and route happy customers toward leaving a public review while delivering private feedback directly to the business owner.
Messaging terms
By opting in verbally at the point of service, you agree to receive a feedback request message from the business you visited, sent through ReviewBeam. Message frequency is typically one message per completed visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately; reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
For businesses
Businesses using ReviewBeam agree to only submit contact information for customers who provided it directly and consented to be contacted, to never upload purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists, and to comply with applicable messaging laws and carrier requirements, including the TCPA and CTIA guidelines. Accounts that violate these requirements may be suspended or terminated.
Reviews
ReviewBeam never posts reviews on anyone's behalf, never offers incentives for reviews, and keeps the option to leave a public review available to every customer regardless of their feedback. Public reviews are submitted by customers directly on the review platform and are governed by that platform's terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use ReviewBeam to send marketing or promotional content, spam, or any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robson Digital LLC's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
